Stuart created the most beautiful railings for our back garden. He followed the brief but also came up with ideas that made them extra special. He’s also lovely to deal with. Highly recommended!

Stuart was a welder fabricator at Advanced Metalcraft and he decided to set up his own business, Dog House Fabrication. Advanced Metalcraft still regularly work with Stuart as a sub-contractor because we know from our experience with him that he is reliable and completes his work to a high standard. Some of the work Stuart has completed for us in the past includes commercial gates, railings and juliettes, plus much more. As a busy company working to client deadlines, it is very important that our sub-contractors are able to meet expectations, which Stuart does and which is why we continue to work with him.

Dog House Design were great to work with, I didn't know exactly what I was looking for in terms of design. They offered creative idea's that I had not considered before, very unique and very sustainable which were the 2 things I was sure I wanted.

Fell in love with Stuart's work last year whilst visiting a country fair. Asked him to design and make a tv cabinet, table and chairs as I have just moved into my forever home. He has produced the most stunning furniture, beautifully crafted and using the natural edges of wood to fully demonstrate his skill. We had gates made and fitted. The fit and finish is great and we are so happy with the design. Great customer service, very professional and friendly from start to finish. High reccomended and we will use again ourselves in the future.

We went to see Stuart to make us some gates and side panel in wrought iron. We discussed and went through our requirements and designs thoroughly. He was very professional and did site visits to make sure everything would be as we envisaged. On the day of installation Stuart made sure the gates were perfectly fitted and that we were happy with everything. Very pleased and would definitely recommend and use again.

Service was very good, Stewart was very patient as I changed my mind a few times on some of the bits but we worked it out in the end and the result was good, currently not finished but composite boards are on order.

Dog house made a lovely coat rack from reclaimed timber with handcrafted steel coat hooks. This was a perfect gift for my Dad, he loved it!

I also loved their work, so I commission some custom hangers to mount my didgeridoos. They look fantastic!

Stuart and the Doghouse team are a pleasure to work with. From drawings to completion, you give him the design you want and he sets to work to produce the goods. I think our favourite piece hes made to date is the ginormous bespoke birdcages that we had made for a seating project. His service level and keen eye for detail is why we continue to use him.
